ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the restrictions regarding use of the EpiCypher, Inc. (“EpiCypher”) online platform and service (the “Service”) and any use of the Service is subject to this AUP. Use of the Service is governed by a separate agreement entered into between the client (“Client”) and EpiCypher (the “Agreement”); capitalized terms in this AUP have the meaning stated in the Agreement unless otherwise defined herein. This AUP is incorporated into the Agreement by reference.

Client agrees not to, and not to allow Authorized Users to, use the Service to:

  • store, transmit or make available infringing, libelous or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store, transmit or make available material in violation of third-party rights, including, but not limited to privacy rights;
  • store, transmit, or make available viruses or malicious code;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks;
  • permit direct or indirect access to or use of the Service in a way that violates the Agreement;
  • use the Service to generate or send unsolicited communications, advertising or spam, or otherwise cause EpiCypher to become impaired in its ability to send communications on its own or on its customers’ behalf (e.g., by causing EpiCypher to become registered on any Email DNS blacklist or otherwise be denied services by any other third party communications service provider);
  • use a Project name or post other material containing offensive, infringing, profane or libelous terms on the Service (in addition to other remedies it has under the Agreement, EpiCypher may remove or modify any such names or materials);
  • transact it, or facilitate activities related to, uncover or make available an individual’s identity without express authorization and consent;
  • engage in cryptocurrency mining or similar activities;
  • engage in any threatening, offensive, illegal or similarly objectionable purposes, including but not limited to, promoting hate, violence, or harm to others, or harm to EpiCypher’s reputation.

Violation of this AUP may lead to suspension or termination of Client’s account or legal action. Client may be required to pay for any costs of investigation or remediation relating to its violation of this AUP.

EpiCypher may modify this AUP at any time by posting a new version on its website or on the Service.
