CUTANA™ Nextera-Compatible CDI Primer Set 1

CUTANA™ Nextera-Compatible CDI Primer Set 1 provides purpose-built, combinatorial dual-index (CDI) primers for generating indexed, sequencing-ready libraries from ATAC-seq and CUT&Tag workflows. The primers are supplied ready to drop into CUTANA™ ATAC-seq and CUTANA™ CUT&Tag assays with no protocol changes. The set contains 4x i5 and 6x i7 indices, yielding 24 combinatorial dual-index libraries per set.

In ATAC-seq and CUT&Tag, Tn5 inserts only a partial adapter into DNA, so the indexing PCR must extend that short handle out to the full Illumina P5 and P7 adapters. Nextera-compatible index primers from other suppliers are not always optimized to complete these partial Tn5-inserted ends. CUTANA™ Nextera-Compatible Primers are built for this reaction, so libraries amplify cleanly and sequence reliably without custom oligo design or troubleshooting.
